The Friedrich ZoneAire Premier PTAC with Heat Pump uses up to 12,000 BTUs of cooling power, an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of at least 10.7, and an efficient heat pump to keep rooms up to 550 square feet comfortable all year. A large LED display shows the set or current room temperature, and one-touch buttons put every setting at your fingertips. Three Cooling BTUs

Choose the ZoneAire Select PTAC from Friedrich that works best for you. This model is available in three BTU configurations to make finding the one that's right for your space easy.

• 7,200 BTUs: For rooms 300 square feet or less. Features a 13.0 EER.
• 9,000 BTUs: For rooms 301–400 square feet in size. Features a 11.4 EER.

Unique Heating Design

This Friedrich PTAC uses an efficient heat pump to warm rooms. Since heat pumps transfer warm air instead of creating it, they use less energy than traditional heaters. In addition, this model also comes with a 3 kW electric heat backup since its heat pump won't work in conditions below 40 degrees F.
