Upgrades Available

• Condensate Pump Available: This dehumidifier is designed to gravity drain collected condensate. However, if you prefer, you can attach an external condensate pump to customize a draining system that can drain condensate upward or across longer distances to a nearby drain. The Condensate Pump Kit is sold separately.
• MERV 13 Air Filtration: The system comes standard with a MERV-13 air filter to capture harmful allergens and particles and keep the unit running at peak efficiency. This filter needs to be replaced every 3 months. Replace your MERV 13 here. 
• Optional MERV 14 Filter Available: You can add a MERV 14 filter to improve air filtration. The MERV 14 filter (sold separately) is 90-95% efficient in removing particles between 0.3 and 1 micron. When you add this filter, the MERV-11 filter functions as a pre-filter.

Remote Humidity Controller Options

This dehumidifier must be controlled by a remote dehumidistat controller, which is sold separately. Therma-Stor has a few options available. All the control units below are wired directly to the Ultra Series unit using 24-volt pigtail wiring.

• DEH 3000 Digital Controller: The DEH 3000 is an all-digital controller that allows you to monitor and control humidity, manage fresh air ventilation, and activate air filtration for the unit from your living space. Using this control gives you the option to run the fan continuously instead of only when the unit is in dehumidifying mode. 
• DEH3000R Digital Controller: The DEH 3000R is similar to the DEH 3000, but it also features a remote sensor that can be placed up to 100 feet away from the controller. This sensor allows you to control and monitor humidity conditions in a separate area and keep the wall-mounted controller out of sight.

Upgraded 6-Year Warranty 

Manufacturers have announced that Santa Fe dehumidifiers now have an upgraded warranty that guarantees performance and customer satisfaction for up to six years. 

This industry-leading “Peace of Mind” warranty covers all Santa Fe dehumidifiers manufactured after January 1, 2024, with a 5-year warranty against operational failures and a 6-year warranty for faulty components.

In the unlikely event of a unit breakdown, Santa Fe will either replace or repair the affected unit. However, customers should consult their Owner’s Manual for detailed information about their warranty’s terms and conditions.
