Red Faction is an FPS developed by Volition studio. The production, which hit the PlayStation 2 console and personal computers in 2001, was re-released on PlayStation 4 fifteen years later. The action of Red Faction takes place in 2075. After Earth's natural resources were depleted, the mighty mining corporation Ultor began to drill mines on Mars. The red planet attracts miners hungry for fortune, who only find out about the inhumane treatment of employees by the company and its violation of human rights; to make matters worse, the mysterious Plague is taking its toll among the miners. The main character of the game is Parker. When a rebellion breaks out in one of the mines, the protagonist joins the rebels who want to deal with the authoritarian rule of the Ultor corporation and solve the mystery of the disease. In Red Faction, the action is shown from the first person perspective (FPP). Carrying out subsequent tasks, we traverse twenty different levels (covering both Martian wastelands and underground corridors or even a space station). On our way, we encounter various enemies, whom we send to the sand, using fifteen types of weapons. In addition, the creators provide us with five types of vehicles and machines.
