Megger Hattrick-KIT Equipment tester set

The complete set for testing electrical charging infrastructureMultifunctional test device MFT1845The MFT1845 Multifunction Tester is a device for testing low-voltage electrical installations, especially for locations with Hohem electrical noise. It offers all the necessary tests, in order to carry out the necessary electrical certification for fixed wiring installations in industry, trade and household. It has the following features:Voltage and frequency measurement with TRMS systemInsulation test at 100 V, 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V, including input protection against live circuits up to 600 V, even with locked insulation testForward resistance at 200 mA or 15 mAAutomatic start - no need to press the TEST button so that both hands remain free to hold the probesResistance range up to 100 kΩ and fast continuity testing with buzzer at selectable limitsEarth loop impedance test, with:- New non-triggering 3-wire technology- New confidence measuring- Non-triggering area with 2 and 3 conductors- 2-wire high current, including phase-to-phase- Potential measurement of error current up to 20 kARCD testing, including:- Type AC, A, S, B and programmable RCDs- 3-phase RCDs- Automatic test routine- Error voltage displayGround spike testing- 2-pin/3-pin*, ART* and stakeless* techniquesCharging station adapter for electric vehicles EVCA210The Megger EVCA210/EVCA210-UK are compact, easy-to-use adapters that perform all the functions required by the electrical installer to fully test mode 3 AC charging stations for electric vehicles. The EVCA210/EVCA210-UK has been specially developed to meet UK, European and other international wiring regulations and standards. They can be used with all single and three-phase charging stations of electric vehicles with the corresponding plug connectors. They are designed to check the function and safety of a charging station. Using the adapters you can test with suitable single or multi-function measuring devices at EV charging stations in accordance with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722. Charging stations should be checked and regularly checked during the initial installation. The EGGER test adapters EVCA210/EVCA210-UK were developed to simulate the connection of an electric vehicle to the charging station under test. By connecting the adapter, the operator can initiate the charging process by selecting the appropriate proximity pilot (PP) and control pilot (CP) states. Testing devices can be connected either via the front-mounted mains socket or the 4-mm connections L1, L2, L3, N and PE. 2 additional CP signal connections enable the operator to measure the CP signal with an oscilloscope. In addition, the adapters have a manual PE pre-test function that allows the user to check for dangerous voltages on the PE line before each other test of the charging station. If this test fails, the test must be terminated as there may be dangerous voltages on the PE line and errors must be investigated and corrected before continuing. The adapters also include two additional manual tests: CP fault – simulates a fault in the pilot circuit; and PE fault, which simulates a disconnection of the PE circuit. Both tests ensure correct separation of the charging station output. Before performing tests with this adapter, it is recommended that the user familiarize himself with the relevant standards: IEC 61851-1:2017: Conductive charging system for electric vehicles – Part 1: General requirements IEC 60364-7-722:2018: Electrical low voltage systems – Part 7-722: Requirements for special installations or locations – Power supply for electric vehicles and any documentation for the charging station itselfThe Megger EVCA210-UK comes standard with 2 connection cables, a Type 2 connector for control panel mount power sockets or fixed cables with vehicle connectors, and a Type 1 connector for fixed type 1 cable connector charging stations, as found on the Mitsubishi PHEV. The Megger EVCA210 is supplied only with the type 2 plug.DocuSTORE 4.0 PC-software for MFT1835, MFT1845 and PAT400-seriesDocumenSTORE 4.0 offers you a database connection and on the basis of documenSTORE 2.0 a very easy to use PC software. This is used for quickly creating protocols from your test results - especially for the device tester PAT400-Series and the installation tester MFT1835 and MFT1845. You can comfortably and efficiently document measurements according to DIN VDE 0100-600 and DIN VDE 0105-100 or DIN VDE 0701-0702. You import your data directly from PAT410, PAT420 or PAT450 in DB or CSV formats with good filtering options. The data transfer from MFT1835 and MFT1845 is done via a Bluetooth-interface. For simple data description, there is an interface to the EP IN POWER planning software. The “electronic signature” function automatically inserts an image file of your previously scanned handwriting or image file. The wizard makes it easy for the user to enter the data for useful information about the test object, customer o
