The Mecpow X4 pro is a laser engraver with either a 22W or a 40W laser head. FDA Class 1 certified the device has a commodious build space that not only enables safe and efficient work but also significantly expands the creative engraving landscapes.Excellent performanceThe Mecpow X4 pro is compatible with 40W and 22W laser modules:The 22W module is suitable for laser engraving projects that prioritize efficiency or cutting ability less; great for working with 10 mm thick cherry wood 6 mm thick dark opaque acrylic and 0.04 mm thick stainless steel (all in one pass).The 40W module is perfect for users with more demanding cutting needs specifically designed for cutting 18 mm thick cherry wood 15 mm thick dark opaque acrylic and 0.1 mm thick stainless steel (all in one pass).(40w version is coming in September 2024)The 22W module produces a laser spot size of 0.08 x 0.1 mm resulting in more detailed engraving compared to the 40W module with a laser spot size of 0.08 x 0.12 mm.Safety is the priority!The transparent dark red cover of the Mecpow X4 Pro provides excellent protection for your eyes by filtering laser light allowing you to work on projects without the need for protective glasses.A safety lock ensures that work stops immediately when the lid is opened to prevent laser leakage while sensors indicate the sealing status and provide a warning signal in case of danger.For added securityTo enhance safety measures the engraver is equipped with various features such asa security lock to prevent unauthorized access;a flame sensor to detect any potential fire hazardsan emergency stop button for immediate shutdown in case of emergenciesa tilt sensor to prevent accidents caused by tiltingand limit switches to restrict the movement of the machine within safe parameters.These features are designed to prioritize the safety of both users and the machine itself.Visual support for precise positioningThe built-in camera on the Mecpow X4 Pro assists with precise lens alignment for accurate positioning and full-screen functionality.Integrated Air Assist and optional Air Purification SystemAdditionally the engraver includes an integrated Air Assist system to blow away debris during engraving and cutting ensuring optimal results through automatic and manual adjustments.For even better results an optional upgrade to the Air Purification System is available featuring a powerful smoke extractor that filters smoke and dust effectively.
