This beautifully sculpted Egyptian theme chess set from the workshop of Italfama in Florence, Italy is truly one of their very finest creations. Chess pieces are represented by figures and artifacts from ancient Egypt culture including Pharaoh, Obelisk, and the Great Sphinx of Giza. Pieces are made of cast zinc using the old-world lost wax casting process and have a lustrous brass and nickel plating that is lacquered so that they never tarnish.
