For testing and measuring the repaired or changed devices with CEE-plugs. The following measurements are made: Ground-conductor resistance, insulation resistance, ground-conductor current (in the differential current method) as well as contact current (direct measurement). The zero potential is determined by measuring the current. The non-adherance to the limiting values is shown through the LEDs. The display also shows all the measured values.
